TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TENANCY AGREEMENT:

  1. That the rent of the demised premises has been fixed at Rs._______________________________ /-(Rupees _____________________________________________________________ only) per month, which shall be paid by the tenant in End for each and every month up to the __________ day of every month, positively and without any fail.
  2.   8. That the tenant shall keep the said premises is good and sanitary condition.
