Your Responsibilities
- You Must Review: We will draft your document (like an Agreement Format or Affidavit Format) based on the information you give us. It is your personal duty to read the final draft completely and carefully.
- Lawyer Check: We strongly suggest you show the final document to your own lawyer before you approve it.
- Final Acceptance: Once you tell us to print the document or place it on E-Stamp Paper, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted the document’s entire content.
Accuracy of Information
- You must promise that all the information and details you give us for drafting your documents (like names, dates, and property details) are 100% true and correct.
Our Service Rules
No Legal Advice
We are experts in legal document drafting, but we are not a law firm. We provide a professional writing service, not legal advice. The documents we draft are based on standard legal formats.
Limited Responsibility
Because you approve the final document (Section 2.1), you agree not to hold Pak Agreement responsible for any losses, claims, or problems that happen because of how you use or execute the final document.
Document Security
We will keep your documents and private information secure only until your service is finished. After completion, the data will be removed or archived safely, and we promise not to misuse your identification details.
Fees and Payments
Printing and Attestation Costs
Extra Fees: Fees for the drafting service are separate from the costs associated with official verification. Fees for the documents attestation service (like Notary Public fees) and the E-Stamp Paper value must be paid by you upfront.
Delivery Charges
If you choose to have your final documents delivered (e.g., via courier), you must pay all shipping and delivery charges before we send the package.
Changes to These Terms
Pak Agreement can change these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page when we do. Your continued use of the website means you accept the new rules.
