UNDERTAKING 

I, ______________________________, S/o,/D/o,/W/o.H/o. ______________________________, holding CNIC No. __________________ and Resident at_____________________________________ holder of KIOSK ID__________ Located at ________________________________________________ ______________________________________, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. That I am a legally authorized franchisee of NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) under the e-Sahulat platform and duly permitted to use the biometric and/or facial verification services provided therein.

2. That I fully understand and acknowledge the highly sensitive nature of personal data, including but not limited to biometric and facial information, being processed through the e-Sahulat platform.

3. That I undertake and affirm not to disclose, misuse, reproduce, share, or disseminate any personal, biometric, or facial information of any individual that is accessed through or processed via NADRA e-Sahulat services.

4. That I further undertake not to store, save, capture, or retain any personal, biometric, or facial data in any form, whether digitally, manually, or otherwise within my premises or any affiliated system, software, hardware, or storage devices including hand-held (mobile) devices but not limited to.

5. That I understand and agree that any breach, misuse, un-authorized access, storage, processing or disclosure of such data constitutes a violation of the applicable laws of the Islamic republic of Pakistan including but not limited to the prevention of electronic crimes act 2016 (PCA) any data protection legislation in force and the contractual obligations and data protection policies of NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL).

6. That in the event of any such violation or breach being detected, I accept that NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) reserves the right to take strict legal action against me, including civil and criminal proceedings as per the prevailing laws. Furthermore, reserve the right of audit of my system being used for e-Sahulat without prior notice.

7. That I affirm that access to the NADRA e-Sahulat system and its services and its services shall only be provided by myself or authorized employee under my direct supervision and that I am responsible for all activities conducted under assigned KIOSK ID. This effect throughout the duration of my affiliation with NADRA eSahulat.

8. That in the event of termination of my franchise relationship with NTL for NADRA e-Sahulat services, I shall immediately return or securely destroy (as directed by NTL) any or all documents, or material containing personal, biometric or facial information’s and provide a written confirmation of the same.

9. That I make this statement in full consciousness and without any pressure, coercion, or undue influence, fully aware of the legal implications of any violation.
