Undertaking for Change of Ownership K Electric

CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP

I, ________________________________  /o  ________________________________ holding C.N.I.C No. ________________________________ Muslim, adult, resident of ____________________ _________________________________________________ do hereby solemnly affirm and undertake:-

1. That I am lawful owner of Plot/house/office/place of business at  ____________________ ______________________________________________, that I am consuming Electricity from K- Electric Contract No. ____________________ Contract Account No._______________________ installed at ____________________ ______________________________________________,  in the name of _____________________.
2. That the attached application with necessary documents for purpose of transfer of name is a part of this undertaking.
3. That the abovementioned meter may be transferred in the name of _____________________ and in case of any objection raised from any person department, Civil Agency, Legal Forum etc. Then K.Electric will not be held responsible/party and K. Electric has right to cancel the transfer of name and disconnect the supply without any further notice, I shall have no claim whatsoever in this matter.
4. That after transfer the abovementioned meter in my name I shall undertake that I shall pay all sorts of dues, supplementary bills, detection bills, or any kind of bills, dues if workout against the abovementioned meter for previous period. In case of defaulter, the K. Electric has fully right to take action according to K. Electric Rules.
5. That further I declare I shall be bound to abide by all the rules and regulation of K.Electric of the eligibility criteria for customer, and liable to pay all security deposit amount to be debited in my account.
6. This change is not valid for any legal/court matters neither claimable at any legal/court matters.
