I am of a good character, have not been held guilty of any offence mentioned at Rule-2.3 of the Sindh Arms Rules – 2018 nor suffering from any mental or psychological disease mentioned in the same clause, and have not more than three arms licenses in my name. Any application which is incomplete in any respect shall be dealt in terms of Rule – 3.4 of the Sindh Arms Rule-2018.
