Business Agreement Oil Factory

This agreement is made at ________________________ on dated _____________________.

Between

M/S. __________________________________________ , address__________________ ___________________________________________________________ Party of the first part.

And

M/S. __________________________________________ , address__________________ _________________________________________________________ Party of the Second Part.

Whereas the party of the second part is a manufacturer of Banaspati Ghee and Oil of this brand.

Both the parties of entered into an agreement for manufacturing of Banspati Ghee & Oil marketing and selling of Banaspati Ghee and Oil as agree upon on time to time on following terms and conditions.

IN WITNESSES THERE OF AS FOLLOWS

1. The party of the first part is giving permission to party of the second part to use their Trade Mark No. _______________ registered Brand _______________ BANASPATI GHEE & OIL.
2. The party of the second part will take the entire license from all Food Department all over in Pakistan.
3. The party of the second part will refine/ manufacture, convert the aforesaid material into finish good i.e Banaspati Ghee & oil, and will also provide the C.M License of PSQCA of the registered brands for namely ____________________ BANASPATI GHEE & OIL.
4. The party of Second part is responsible to produce Banaspati Ghee & Oil as per PSQCA standards.
5. That if any dispute arises between the parties the same will referred to the arbitrator. The arbitrator will be appointed with mutual consent of both the parties under the relevant provision of Arbitration ACT 1940.
