Document and Identity Security

Client Responsibility for Final Review
Terms of Service: Document Drafting Liability
- Finalization Requirement: Pak Agreement provides a legal document drafting service. We supply the draft text for the specific Undertaking Format, Agreement Format, or Affidavit requested. It is the client’s sole, non-negotiable responsibility to thoroughly check and review the final draft provided by us.
- Legal Counsel: We strongly advise and encourage the client to seek independent legal advice and read the entire agreement, or have it read by their own legal counsel/lawyer, before giving final instruction.
- Acceptance of Terms: Once you instruct us to proceed with printing (including E-Stamp Paper or documents attestation service), you confirm that you have fully reviewed, understood, and accepted the entire content of the document.
Limitation of Liability
- No Legal Advice: Pak Agreement is a drafting service and is not a law firm. Information provided is for drafting purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
- Claim Waiver: By finalizing and utilizing the document, the client expressly waives all rights to claim damages, losses, or legal liability against Pak Agreement arising from the content, use, or execution of the documents we have drafted.
Printing and Finalization
Document Printing and Delivery Policy
- Pre-Approval Required: We will only proceed with printing (including placing the content onto E-Stamp Paper) after receiving explicit written confirmation of the final draft from the client.
- Attestation Charges: Charges related to documents attestation service (e.g., Notary Public fees, Magistrate fees) are separate from the drafting fee and must be paid by the client upfront.
Delivery Charges
- Courier Fees: If the client chooses to use a courier or third-party delivery service (e.g., TCS documents attestation) to receive the final documents, the client is responsible for paying all associated delivery charges. These fees will be calculated and paid before dispatch.
